The moving-in staff are trained to make the transfer as smooth as possible. They will arrange for you to be met on your arrival if you wish, and advise you on the various procedures that are common to the country you are purchasing in covering subjects such as solicitors, bank accounts, insurance, water/electricity contracts etc. These appointments to complete on the purchase of your property abroad can be made for you before you leave the UK.
