Example : A mortgage on a Property for Sale in Spain;
Mortgages in Spain are very easy to apply for, however there are a few criteria you must meet; You must be able to show you have sufficient income to meet the repayments of the mortgage, the repayment period must expire before the borrowers 75th birthday.
Example; House Price; 100,000€, Mortgage amount, 70,000€ Interest Rate, 4.50%. Repaid over 25 years = €390 pcm
