Iberian International works closely with all major banks to provide the best mortgages for our clients. These mortgages are available for non-residents. Clients are able to borrow up to 70% of the value of their property

Mortgages are very easy to apply for:
Mortgages are easily arranged with the minimum of fuss.
There are very few criteria to meet to be eligible for a mortgage.
- You must be able to show that you have a sufficient income to meet the repayments of the mortgage.
- The repayment period chosen must expire before the borrowers 75th birthday.
- You may borrow up to 70% of the total required to purchase your home.

Repayment Periods:
These are from 5 to 20 years (20 being the maximum). For Spain and 5 to 25 years in Cyprus.

Our Moving-In department is developed specifically for arranging the final steps of purchasing your place in the sun to make it as stress-free as possible .We will help organise your appointments including meeting with the solicitors and the builder and Notary.
