Calabria is a beautiful region located in the south of Italy, with a warm climate which is complimented by a gentle breeze from the mediterranean sea. The area is rich in culture and holds many festivals such as the Festa della Sanità. The art in Calabria is also famous and truly reflects the historical culture of the area. Every Friday there is a weekly market selling local produce, clothes, shoes, which creates a lively din in the town. This fantastic culture and warm climate make Calabria a perfect place to purchase an Italian property.
Currently our properties are located in four areas.
Pizzo Calabro (on the west coast) is 15 minutes from Lamezia airport and 200 metres from the sandy beach. San Sostene is 5 – 10 minutes drive to the beach and 45 minutes drive to Lamezia airport, Soverato (on the east coast) is 30 minutes from Lamezia airport and Brancaleone (south east coast) is just 20 minutes from Reggio Di Calabria airport.
