Inspection trips are the best way to find your new dream property in Cyprus. Not only do they provide an opportunity to view our range of homes, they are also a great way to get a feel for the Cypriot lifestyle and the areas that you would like to purchase in.

We offer four day subsidised trips every weekend from the UK and Ireland. Trips are designed for prospective buyers and are guaranteed to be 'no pressure'.


Day 1

Day one

  • Depart from your home for Cyprus
  • Arrive at your Cypriote airport
  • Meet your Iberian Representative
  • Arrive at the Iberian International Hotel
Day 2

Day two

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Tour to inspect area and properties
  • Lunch at a selected restaurant
  • Afternoon, further inspection of properties and the area
  • Evening dinner
Day 3

Day three

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Re-inspect properties, reservations and contracts
  • Lunch at selected restaurant
  • Afternoon re-inspection, reservations and contracts
  • Evening dinner
